Music Engraving
Lucas Brum offers professional music engraving: turning handwritten manuscripts, rough PDFs or MIDI sketches into clean, performance-ready scores and parts. Work is prepared in Sibelius, with close attention to spacing, page turns, cueing and a consistent house style, so musicians can read the music at first sight.
He has prepared scores and parts for NDR Big Band, WDR Big Band, hr-Bigband, Symphoniker Hamburg, Osnabrücker Symphonieorchester, Augsburger Philharmoniker, Neue Philharmonie Hamburg, the Aeolus Competition for Wind Instruments and German Brass.
Private clients include Wolf Kerschek and Jörg Achim Keller. His engraving also appears in several published books, among them "The Brazilian Groove Book: Samba & Bossa Nova" by Kiko Freitas (Hudson Music), and titles for Editora Tipografia Musical and Musimed Edições Musicais.
